The major annual conference for the Irish renewable sector-To date renewable energy has been focused on the electricity sector with 40 per cent of electricity generated from renewable sources. A PUBLIC CONSULTATION has been launched to determine ways to ensure rented properties are made warmer and more energy efficient. Environment Minister Richard Bruton announced on the 6/12/19 a consultation around options to encourage energy efficiency upgrades in rented properties
According to the recently-released SEAI Energy in Ireland 2018 Report, Ireland is making progress in our sustainable energy transition, particularly in relation to electricity.
